Through this page, the user who has submitted an info-request or a booking request to Filoxenia for processing, can receive feedback and information regarding its progress. Three sequential steps are foreseen: a) Received (A few hours after you have submitted the request). b) Under processing (Its settlement is attempted) and c) Terminated (The whole procedure has finished and the interested User has been notified also by separate email). Request status
Remark: The indication: "Your action", means that the request is pending, in anticipation of an action on your part. If not received within 1-2 days, then this request is considered as obsolete and is deleted.
