Filoxenia is a searchable database for tourist accommodation and lodging (Hotels, Camping, Villas, rented apartments and rooms), in most places of Greece. The directory was created by a team of Internet Professionals and is functioning in the touristic field as a private effort. Revenues derive from subscriptions paid by its Members, from banner advertisement, from processing of requests submitted by users, from sales of tourist packages and from other cooperations.

The use of the database is free to the Internet Users. The Tourist searches by entering matching criteria and retrieves the types of resorts which cover his requirements. Then he can submit for processing: a) An Info request for rooms availability and prices or, b) A booking request.

Our vision is to make Filoxenia a well favored tourist spot, covering trustfully accommodation demands and tastes for anyone travelling in Greece, either for recreation or for professional reasons, in summer or in winter.
